Youth Stretch, Strength
and Dance
Learn to warm-up and dance safely with ease through
functional dance conditioning, fun choreographed
dance rhythms, roleplaying, partnering, traditional and
original bodyweight exercises, and mild flow Yoga. Gain
self-confidence, social skills, improved range of motion,
muscular stability, flexibility and better posture. Ages
