Thank You, Marc Mason – Welcome New Instructors!
Medford Parks, Recreation & Facilities extends our heartfelt thanks to health and fitness instructor
Marc Mason for six years of dedicated service. Marc has consistently provided skill-building,
positive experiences for the community, delivering instruction that supports both mental and
physical well-being. His professionalism and commitment to the success of participants and the
Department has made a lasting impact.
As Marc prepares to move out of the area, he will be greatly missed. We are sincerely grateful for
his contributions and the positive influence he has had on the community.
To continue offering the high-quality programs Marc led, we are excited to introduce two new
instructors:
Megan Fowler (Hiking Programs): A passionate nature enthusiast and experienced trail explorer, Megan brings her love for
the outdoors to the Department by leading some of the best hiking opportunities in Southern Oregon.
Rebecca Cate (Health/Fitness Classes & Hikes): With over 20 years of teaching experience, Rebecca has been a familiar face
on summer hikes alongside Marc. As a certified health coach, she brings a deep passion for healthy living to her classes and
